I Love Litchfield Park Schools

July 19, 2008 By: itsme Category: General, Kudos, Neighborhood Talk, Schools No Comments →

Today I spent the morning sitting outside with my husband (Joe), enjoying the cool air, listening to the birds sing, and talking about our kids going back to school.

My daughter will be a sophomore at Millenium High and my son will be starting 2nd grade at Litchfield Elementary.

We are so blessed to have our children in such good schools. I want to give Millenium High and Litchfield Park Elementary School “Kudos” for being such great schools in the West Valley!

Relocate to Litchfield Park from California!

July 11, 2008 By: editor Category: General No Comments →

Are you relocating from California to Arizona? Are you looking for a family community to move to in Arizona that has more than rows and rows of tan homes that are vacant and have for-sale signs from every Realtor in the city?

Well, Litchfield Park is a good place to start your search. There’s a huge park and recreation center, lake with fishing, custom homes with gorgeous landscaping and mature trees. And yes, there is even lush green grass for lawns. You won’t find 2 homes that look alike in Litchfield Park and most of the homes have diving pools … SPLASH!

Baseball, basketball, soccer team sports and play grounds for kids. Great elementary school, middle school and high school in walking distance. Your children will love Litchfield Park too!

Golf.jpgYes, there is golfing, actually one of Arizona nicest golf courses is right in the center of Litchfield Park. The Wigwam Golf and Spa Resort is just what you’re looking for and it’s right in your back yard, really, it’s in your back yard…

Did I mention the great places to eat in Litchfield Park. This blog steak.jpgwouldn’t be complete if I didn’t tell you about Red’s Steak House where they have some serious fine dinning and steak dinners … Yum!

If you’d like more information about Litchfield Park or your planning to visit Arizona and need someone to give you a tour of Litchfield Park, please don’t hesitate to call “Me” 623-810-4541. She’s a friendly neighbor and Realtor who lives in Litchfield Park.
