About

About Litchfield Park is my way of promoting my favorite West Valley City.

My family and I moved here in June of 2005 from Yuma, Arizona. We wanted a family oriented community to raise our children and Litchfield Park was perfect. We originally rented a home east of Dysart Road then finally purchased a home in the historic part of Litchfield Park on the east side of the Wigwam Resort Golf Course.

Our children are students at Millennium High School and Litchfield Elementary. They both love their schools and we are happy with the care that has been shown to them.

I can not express enough what a wonderful community Historic Litchfield Park is.  I hear people comment that living in “the park” is like living in a completely different world and I have to agree with them.  It’s a small community that feels like a blast from the past, where neighbors watch out for each other,  homeowners get together to discuss and solve issues, and address concerns.  One more thing is the city management and staff are an unbelievable group of people and the mayor and city council are the best I have ever met.

Finally, one of the best things I like about my job as a Real Estate Consultant with Liberty One Real Estate is the privilege of seeing homes and getting to know areas in the West Valley.  The West Valley is a spectacular place to live, but Historic Litchfield Park is #1 on my list.

If you would like to see homes in “the park” or any where in the valley, please feel free to contact me.  Or if you have any questions regarding real estate, please visit my other website, www.melindasanchez.com.  I look forward to hearing from you.
